See teaching artists Greg Scott and John Barnes fire pots in our courtyard using this Japanese technique. Watch the transformation as pots emerge from the kiln glowing are crafted into works of art using glaze, heat, and smoke.

Wheel Workshops

Ever wanted to try throwing on the pottery wheel? Now's your chance! Our wheel workshop offers a hands-on introduction to one of clay’s best-known technique. Under the guidance of our teaching artists, you'll get a feel for the clay and the creative process.

Family Handbuilding Workshop: Bookend Planters

Ages 5+ (All children must be registered with at least one participating adult)

Join us for a family-friendly handbuilding workshop where you'll shape and sculpt your very own ceramic planter bookends to take home. No experience needed, just curiosity and creativity.

Browse and shop a curated selection of one-of-a-kind handmade ceramics, then go behind the scenes with a guided tour of our working studio spaces (led by the artists themselves!)
