Gentry Leach
Gentry Leach is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist who received her B.F.A. in Painting and Ceramics from the University of Oklahoma. Following graduation, she spent a year abroad in Spain teaching English, practicing experimental film photography, and studying art history. Upon her return, she pursued her creative practice full-time while simultaneously completing a studio internship under master potter Collin Rosebrook at Paseo Pottery in Oklahoma City.
Her work is a meditation on imagery drawn from the self, the natural world, and the collective at large. In her ceramics practice, Leach explores the boundaries between function and form, creating curious pieces that invite users to engage with both their physical nature and their symbolic presence.
She holds the belief that every human has the birthright to exercise their unique creative voice. Ultimately, Leach hopes her artistic journey fosters meaningful connections around the world while serving as a safe space for community, hope, and healing.
