Stephanie Wodarski

Stephanie is a Charlotte native who took her first ceramics class here at Clayworks in 2022 and immediately fell in love with learning the skills for the potter’s wheel. She most enjoys the deliberate processes of ceramics, the various stages the clay moves through and the exploration of shape and proportion that come together to make a pleasing pot.

While she never considered herself particularly creative or artistic, she has found that the uniquely blended community of artists, students, and teachers at Clayworks has helped her bridge the gap between skill and art. She looks forward to growing as an artist and educator with her Clayworks family, and welcomes you to seek her out in the studio to say hello!
