Whether I’m handbuilding functional wares from slabs or coils, or sculpting solid forms into whimsical figurative pieces, I am, at my core, a sculptor. My work emerges intuitively, beginning with simple shapes and growing through layers of maximalist embellishment until the piece comes alive.
